You dont need to flash misc.bin.
misc.bin just modifies your boot to boot twrp instead of miui on fastboot reboot. You can just do fastboot boot twrp.img

Its chinese and English. Default to chinese.

No problem ;-)
I've flashed the stable rom Xiaomi.eu with it without any problem. No problems to make a backup of the phone with it.
TWRP's themes don't work, but it doesn't matter.
So far I couldnt install TWRP on my Mi 9T using the files provided here. In CMD it says OK but after reboot it won't go into TWRP

You know if this site is related to miui.eu ? or is the ROM legit?
