Installing apps by USB debugging

Hi everyone.
I started to learn Android Studio and enabled USB Debugging in my phone. Then, when it asked for my acceptance to install an app through USB debugging, I checked "Remember choise" and accidentaly clicked "Deny". Now I don't know how to turn everything back. Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad English.

Try deleting the cache of Android Studio

Try "Revoke USB debugging authorization" in Developer options and then re-connecting to your PC.
