Install APKs What does this message mean?

Hello, I'm trying to install apps I downloaded on Google Chrome, but I get a message that I couldn't figure out how to solve it and what to do.

It is China rom, even though I chose the English language in settings, this message appears in Chinese and I don't understand it.

What should I do can anybody help please.

You should install APK files in the "File Manager" app, not in the "Chrome" app.
