Incredible port guide please?!

Can someone post a tutorial on how to port miui to the incredible? I know that nix was porting to the incredible and now warttack but I would like to learn how. I heard it wasn't too terribly hard, so even a no brainer like myself should be able to accomplish this feat.

check out the "porting to evo" thread in this same forum.. someone gave a very well detailed explanation on how to do it. only downside is that its for the evo, so some of the specifics are off
