Include Arabic Support Automatically (RTL-Fix)

I know there is a thread to show how to do this, and it works! I thank everyone who made it possible to read and write in Arabic without errors.

I just wanted to know, why don't the developers update the files to make the rom support Arabic from the beginning? Why do we have to go through fixing the Arabic everytime we update the rom? I think it would be better if it was there automatically.
