Ih Rice Cooker From Xiaomi - Fail To Established Connection To It

Hi Everyone,

Recently my wife bought a IH rice cooker from China and trying to use it in Malaysia. We failed to establish the connection to it. We ever installed the Xiaomi App on our smart handphone and on our bluetooth near the device but no luck.

Anyone can give some advise here ?
