Ibuygou shipping time is to long

Hello everybody these is my experience. I buy a second mi2s and a lot of accessory for my wife at 20/03/14. Today 29/03 they don't have ship anything! I have chat a lot of time with Belin and all the time she find one problem. What can I do? I have paid with pay pal.

They (and not only ibuygou) had a lot of problems lately because carriers like DHL make problems about shipping lithium batteries nowadays, which causes a lot of delays. Don't worry, I just got my Mi3 from ibuygou, you will get it as well
