I locked my mi8 when trying to install global version with miflash

Hello. I just buyed one mi8 (chines with global rom - mi -global store) before 3 days and after one update my face unlock stopped working and i think will flash back old global version with miflash but this locked my phone and now i cant unlock and dont have any android to boot to add account. What i can do now please help me

You are not first to do that, there are tons of threads about that specific topic.
But short, you will need:
EDL mode + mi flash tool+ China ROM + authorization from Xiaomi.
You can start ask for authorization on MIUI forum or write directly to Xiaomi.

PS:
If you can enter the recovery mode then try to reflash latest China stable ROM.
But I guess not possible
