New I don't receive incoming calls - Xiaomi Mi 10T (MIUI 13.0.6)

Hello,

I have Xiaomi Mi 10T (MIUI 13.0.6).

Sometimes I don't receive incoming calls.
Callers think I just don't answer their calls.

The phone seems to freeze. At such moments, if I try to call someone, the call goes through, the addressee answers, but I don’t know about it and don’t hear about it. And if I try to hang up, the phone freezes.

Does anyone know any solution instead of factory reset?

Were you able to solve this problem? If yes, how did you get it done? I have an MI 10T phone with exactly the same problem.
