I bought POCO X3 NFC 128GB (M2007J20CG). I updated immediately to the latest (12.0.8 QJGEUXM) and then I did "Wipe Data" from the recovery menu to start a fresh set-up.

For the moment, only basic communication and music apps. My previous phone is Mi Max 3 which works perfectly and even 3 years after, it gives me a full day with much usage and many apps installed. I haven't transferred all my data to POCO.

Now on POCO, from the first day I noticed a huge battery drain. I start my day at 09:00 with 100% and it gets to 30% at 17:00.
Battery saving enabled all the time, 60Hz screen, and WiFi-BT-Data-Location only when needed.

I live in Europe. Is there any thing I can do?

1) Do you believe that maybe it's a faulty device? 2) Could it be a problem of my ROM? (QJGEUXM)
I am communicating with my store (Banggood) but they don't want to really help.

Thanks in advance,

Manos

Are you on .Eu ROM? I am on 12.0.9, and don't have this problem. I didn't even have it when I was on 12.0.8. Your screen seems to be active (like on) for 3 hours and 55 minutes in 17 hours and 25 minutes since the last charge, so it's not really basic use. Apart from that try updating to 12.0.9 and check what apps you have on autostart and are running in the background. If you are not on the .EU ROM and you are on the stock stable ROM you should contact Xiaomi through the report problem from your phone settings.

I'm sure that I didn't use the screen so many hours this day. Could this value (3h55m) be false or to be an app which keeps the screen on?

My ROM just updated on 12.0.8 RJGEUXM with Android 11, which is EU. For now, no change to better.

Could you or any other upload statistics for a comparison?

Just to clear things up, is the ROM the stock one, that came with your phone, and you updated OTA (if you did this you are on global) or did you get the ROM following the instructions from:

https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-12-0-12-1-12-2-12-5-stable-release.56191/

If you say you are on 12.0.8 and Android 11 I'm guessing you are on global Rom and you need to send feedback from your phone's options

And I quote:
"
About us
  • Xiaomi Europe was founded over 10 years ago to provide International users an exclusive community for English MIUI Android and Xiaomi products. Since 2010 our web site has officially worked with Xiaomi on a variety of projects for APP translations and bug fixing and is a major part of today's Xiaomi Global ROM experience thanks to the great team at xiaomi.eu and its community."
And also:

Notes:
  • MIUI Changelog + See CHANGELOG for your language...
  • Our ROMs were approved by official EU distributor ABC Data to not void warranty for devices sold by them! (Of course, officially unlocked BL and no ROOT installed)
  • OTA is usually uploaded at Saturday evening GMT

My ROM is the stock one and updated OTA. If this forum is only about the customized ".eu" ROM, maybe it's my fault for posting here.

No stock ROM here ... Try looking a little more, but I suggest you take a look in your setting on miui battery saver what apps you have set to autostart or are allowed to work in the background. If everything is ok there try posting some feedback in Xiaomi
