how to take the steps after getting my new mi 11pro?

hi guys ,
At last i ordered my mi 11 pro from china , and i want to prepare my self to the steps ill have to take in order to replace the chinese rom to eu.rom + "twrp"+ Saftynet Passed + OTA Updates + Widevine Level 1 .
please help me understand if these are the neccessary steps ill have to take :

1. unlock the device with xiaomi tool
2. instal the "twrp"
3. flashing the eu.rom

am i right ?

Yes, that's all you need. Just have a good read before hand. Use the mi unlock tool to start to unlock your bootloader and then after 168 hours, you can return and do the actual unlock. Then you download your ROM, install twrp using fastboot, boot straight to twrp, install ROM, format data ( you must format on ROM branch change), reboot system.

Just make sure you have a back up or your old data as unlocking will format your phone as well as when you have flashed the ROM. The format after your change of ROM is because of partition differences between them. After install you will only need to do a dalvik wipe after any twrp update. The option will be presented to you after the update.

can you please direct me to the source of such a process including a link ?
is it woth to get the phone unlocked already with the twrp+eu.rom on it from the store? from china store ?

If you can yes. But sorry, its down to you to find the links in the forum. I will help but not searching for old threads and posts. Do a search and there are some good guides been written. I not being nasty or anything like that but I do not want to be help responsible for any damage to your phone from links I have given. Some people have bricked their phones and have had to pay to get them back via an EDL flash. If you find them, ask those who wrote them.

i get mine today, is it possible , after i start the unlock proces to switch from cn build to eea build with miflash, till i can unlock?

You cannot do anything until you complete the unlock other than updating it.
