How can we "exclude" specific networks from data roaming while allowing international roaming?
Background:
Since this summer, roaming is free in europe (more or less) - so we can keep our data roaming ON while traveling through europe. Nice thing! BUT: If you come near switzerland (no roaming there!) it would get very, VERY expensive!
So what we basically need is some kind of "europe-roaming" that allows international roaming only for its member countries... see it like a middle thing between international and national roaming.
As there have been changes in androids security with android 5, we cannot solve this by using any apps like roaming control - even with root no chance.
