Prepare
1. download unoffical twrp https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=322210
2. download magisk 24.1.apk https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases

Flash twrp & magisk
1. reboot to fastboot

platform-tools-windows\adb.exe reboot bootloader

2. temp boot to twrp.img

platform-tools-windows\fastboot.exe boot twrp.img

3. go to Advanced > Flash Current TWRP

4. flash magisk24.1.apk
