How to install multi language pack

Hi,

I have redmi purchased in Singapore, can someone advise how to install multi language rom? I saw there were 2 roms in this website td and wcdma but not sure which one.

Redmi info as follows:
Model HW 1W
Android ver 4.2.2 HM2013023
MIUI ver MIUI-JHBSGBA13.0
Kernel ver 3.4.5

You can not install rom from here. There are for the "old" hongmi.
You have the Singapore version.

- install the ROM and after install the patch for Redmi SG version users!
You can install the rom only with this patch flashed after full rom flash!
