How To Install Miui 8 On Xiaomi.eu Rom (miui 7) ? Done

Hello,
I would like to install MIUI 8 on my Mi5.
I am now using the latest MIUI 7 Xiaomi.eu ROM. I got an unlocked bootloader, but no root.
TWRP is installed.
What do I have to do before installing the ROM?

If you want root your phone , flash update-supersu with twrp .

What? MIUI is the best and most stable i have yet to try on my MI5. Where do you get it's unstable?

i flashed all of the latest DEV Roms and the newest 7.4.21 is working very fine! (With stable i had more problems)
