How To Get Back To Eu-version?

My Redmi Note 4x had the EU-ROM when I bought it. But I did something stupid, I know..... I amvery sorry...

When Xiaomi released the new Global ROM, I mistakenly installed it. Lost my Dutch language.....
Very much missed now.

Now my Phone tells me that the file can not be verified and that it is not allowed to upgrade to unofficial ROM package.

Is there a way to install the EU-version again?
How can I install the EU-ROM again??

Phone is unlocked.
TWRP installed. twrp-3.2.0-0-MIDO.IMG IS download-folder.
Latest EU-ROM downloaded,also in download-folder.
ADB installed on PC.
But how to proceed now???
