Hi,
On https://www.mi.com/global/mi8/specs/ is written:
"600nit (HBM), 430nit (typ) brightness"
I can't find anything about HBM.
Is there anybody who can tell me how to enable it?
I am sure my highest brightness is far away from 600nit because I compared it to numerous cheaper Xiaomi Devices like Mi Max or Redmi Note 4X.
Brightness is the same, no matter if I use Auto or Manuel brightness.
It's a feature Xiaomi advertises, but it's not in the settings and nobody seems to care that a flagship Device got a display barely bright enough to use in direct sunlight.
Please somebody help me with this.
Edit:
This is the only reference I ever found about HBM on Mi 8:
Some time ago, HBM definitely worked, but what about now?
