How to change title of topic?

I updated one of my LS's and now I can't find any options to rename the topic to show that there is a new version inside.
Is it because I do not have enough posts or some sort of security feature of the new engine?

You should be able to see something like thread tools.

i don't see any thread tools
that's what i see here (i suppose i should be able to edit this topic as well as i opnened it, but that is the same i see in the topic i'd like to rename)
