How to change Birthday reminder ?

Hi everyone, I have tried to search the forums but I didn't find the answer to my question.

When adding an birthday or anniversary, the reminder is set to 3 days before and on the day.
But; the reminder goes of just past midnight :-(

Is there any possibility to alter this setting ?

I'd like to know this too. I'd prefer to disable it completely. Every day at midnight about 10 reminders pop up!
