How to "back to stock & lock"?

Hi,

i want go back to stock rom and re-lock the bootloader.

I tried to flash the fastboot rom "lmi_eea_global_images_V12.5.1.0.RJKEUXM" via MiFlash (2018.5.28.0), but it failed because of anti rollback.

Current installed rom is xiaomi.eu weekly 21.7.28 (miui 12.6). TWRP is also installed.


Whats the right way to get back to stock?
