My phone is redmi note 7 and i install xiaomi.eu miui 13 and Android 12 , my question is can i activite always on display on my phone or not ,

Always-on display is a feature available only on devices with an AMOLED display.
Redmi Note 7 has an IPS LCD, so no, you can't use AOD on it.
And it's "guys", not "gays". Pretty sure we're not gays.
