Help Wanted - Update Redmi 3 Pro Rom

Hello everyone,

i'm new at the forum and a new owner of a Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro.
My phone has installed 'MIUI 8 by xiaomi.eu 6.7.7 | Beta'
The phone is bootloader unlocked.

I want to update the ROM.

I've downloaded 'xiaomi.eu_multi_HM3_6.9.1_v8-5.1.zip' from the ROMs download area.
I've placed the downloaded file on my SD card.
To update the ROM is it correct to point the downloaded file when using the Updater app?
If not, what's the correct method?

The bootloader Is unlocked officially? If so, you must install twrp, and after, boot into twrp and install rom from here, update app don't work with eu roms

Hello again, everyone.

after reading several tutorials around i decided to try and update my Redmi 3 Pro.
I followed the instructions posted in the flashing guide section of en.miui.com site.
Everything went smooth and clean, although sometimes it looked to be stuck.
