I have installed iphone4 miui theme and now it is as folder in my phone now, when i press only photos appear, how to use theme?

Theme it should be .mtz format if you download from this forum it is .mtz.Just surch it with theme manager.

Move the file to the directory miui/themes (I'm assuming it's in your download directory at the moment). If it's a .zip file, change the file extension to .mtz by renaming it. You will then be able to select the theme in the theme manager.
