Download TWRP to your fastboot folder
Reboot to fastboot
Run this command:
fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp-3.7.0_12-v7.2_A13-nuwa-skkk.img

I saw you like the post for TWRP... Did you install it yourself and if so... All working including mount storage or do you need to format first to get access to storage. Is there also the inject option to permanent install by TWRP?

I have installed it yes. Didn't try anything since I had already flashed 23.1.31 but I have done a backup with no issues at all.
MTP works as well

What do you mean to create a "fastboot folder" on the PC and save the TWRP file there ?
I tried using the adb way but the reply from the PC use that they can't find the file...!!

What do you mean by the fastboot folder?
Do you mean to create a folder on PC by that name and save the TWRP file there?

fastboot.exe is an executable that you need to run fastboot commands. Dona search, download that and the download twrp on the same folder as fastboot.
After that follow the instructions above
