Good morning.

I have a Play integrity error for a few days. Integrity check works with device and basic. But when I pay with my mobile phone, the reader displays an error: Authorization failed. Happened in several stores. No root

ROM:
xiaomi.eu_GARNET_OS1.0.14.0.

Gpay module: XiaomiEUModule_2024.12.19.apk

What is displayed on your phone screen when you are trying to pay?
If I remember this error came from the card issuer or bank. My felling is that a transaction issue rather than a phone setup.
Have you tried to re-add your credit card into Google Wallet?
Also, if I remember well when the PIF is failing and the Wallet is blocking the "in store payment", the phone itself is not allowing the payment to be initiated, and on the POS screen nothing is happening, the POS is behaving like is waiting for card to be passed to it.

Everything is confirmed on the phone as before. The check mark appears. It just beeps twice, then the error appears on the reader screen. It can't be due to the account balance, as paying with the chip card is done from the same account. I have now removed the card from Google Wallet, uninstalled the app and set up the card again. I'll test it again later and then report back.

Theoretically if your phone "meets security requirements" (message from Google Wallet settings), you should be good to go.
So, check what is displayed on Google Wallet -> touch your account icon on top right -> Payment setup. There you should have all items checked, like on attached image.

After setting up Google Wallet again and restoring NFC functionality in the settings, paying works again. Thanks for your help!
