Google Play Nor Working

I have an issue with Google Play.
Error = DF-DLA-15

I cannot download APPS.
Any idea? I tried already to reset time and deactivate automatic timezone

Not possible to download any apps. Download not possible because of an error.

I had to install MIUi V8 after factory reset. Otherwise multiple errors.

1. Go into security and permissions. You need to allow all access for all the google apps that you see there.
2. Also make sure they are allowed to auto start at boot.
3. Reboot
4. Then go into settings and remove your Google account and re-add it.
