Go Back To 5.1 Xiaomi.eu Version Since Official Developer China Version Newer

Hi all, after many attempts and problems, now I have the Mi4C in the official developer china version newer Miui 8 7.5.4, I already have the bootloader unlocked, at this point the only version of TWPR that I can install is 7.0, the others gives me an error :
FAILED (remote: dtb not found).

With this version of twrp, all the roms that I have installed (of android 7.0), have left the device in bootloop and also I cant go into the recovery mode. For these reason I have had to reflash the same official version with XiaomiMiFlash. Then I do not know what to do to go back to version 5.1 or some that works well. The China developer version fails a lot in terms of google play services, and I prefer have other languages.
Some one know what i can do to go back to 5.1 xiaomi.eu version?

You have to downgrade using MiFlash. Look up for a guide in this forum.

To flash with XiaomiMiFlash I need the Xiaomi Mi 4c China Developer Version Fastboot, isnt it?
Where I can find this fastboot version of the rom 6.1.7. as you said in the other post? I only find the newer version:

I used this version before, to flash when the device was on bootloop.

Are there any form to flash directly the xiaomi.eu rom? this for example:
xiaomi.eu_multi_MI4c_V8.2.1.0.LXKCNDL_v8-5.1.zip
Or I have to install the oficial rom of 6.1.7
after install twrp,
and after install te rom with the recovery

Just follow those steps, I can't explain more than that. Maybe find another guide in XDA but I bet it says the same thing as I do.

Finally I managed to install xiaomi.eu 8.1.3, I just had to follow this guide. I knew that was the procedure, but I did not have an old fastboot version rom and this man has it uploaded on google drive.
