Flashing from EU beta to EU stable rom failed

Yesterday I tried to to flash my Mi 9 from beta 9.11.7 to xiaomi.eu_multi_MI9_V11.0.3.0.QFACNXM_v11-10. Flashing went fine, but in the second phase my phone rebooted to TWRP instead of Android and the stable rom. I did a clean install and wiped Dalvik /ART Cache and Cache. TWRP version is TWRP 3.3.1-46 from Team Win. Next I flashed beta 9.11.7 again which worked fine.

Try wiping also Data, when going from beta to stable or vice versa factory reset is demanding
