Fastboot mode problem

I try to enter in fastboot mode pressing volume down and power buttom but instead of appear the image of fastboot with the rabbit I get a black screen. How can I solve that?

maybe you are entering in EDL mode, are you brick???? or yout trying get out of brick??? anywhere if not show the rabbit, you can try send comands ej: fastboot flash........

No, I am not bricked. My device works correctly. I am not sure if i am entering in EDL mode How can I know it? I just press the volume down and power buttom.
My device is an 6X with Android One installed by the technical support.
I want to enter in fastboot mode to unlock the bootloader.

you can try when the phone is turned on open adb and type adb reboot-bootloader, same way to fastboot but with adb, try and tell

I am not sure what you say that I do.
I have writen adb reboot-bootloader with my device on and I go to the black screen, later I dont know what to do.

so, try to connect to MiFlash and clic on REFRESH and look it if recognize the phone .....COM 7... etc

Nothing happens, just recognizes the device

It doesn't work. I get the next message when i try to enter in EDL mode: Device is already locked
