Where to find pocophone official stable rom for Europe?
Can i flash it on my mobile purchased in Vietnam (Global model)
What if i flash global beta Europe rom, will that rom supports OTA? or do i have to flash it every week by downloading it from here?
Do i need twrp to flash global beta rom? Or can i use system updater to flash it?

Few questions for getting little info.... Thanks if you could help...
1. So if i have beta rom, do i have to do clean install every week or i can install updates without wiping data?
2. I'm currently on global stable rom 8.1 oreo (device pocophone f1) but wants to flash global beta (euro rom) so could you please help me with step by step process and provide me link for pocophone f1 euro beta rom?

1. no need to do a clean install, just download rom and update by updater app or do a OTA. Data will still be there.
2. You can find that info on the first page .

i presume you have a locked bootloader.
Pocophone Beta ROM

ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:

• Unlock your first bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/
• Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
• 
  
  Code:
  
  fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
  fastboot boot twrp.img
  
• TWRP Recovery Zip DOWNLOAD or TWRP.ME
• Wipe /data partition (NEVER wipe System or Persist!)
• Copy our ROM to the internal storage
• Install our ROM
• Reboot
• done

Installation via TWRP:
- Download zip to internal storage
- Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery
- Install - Select zip
- Reboot
- Done
