Hello, I was being retarded, did not format /data before installation and botched it. This wouldn't be a huge problem if it didn't mess up with encryption checking: now my internal storage is encrypted using my previous working rom's password (which I know) but because I'm not being prompted to decrypt it I can't do anything about it.
Looked up on XDA - the decryption key is lost so there's nothing I can do. I hope I'm going to learn from this.
