Ok, but give us more details about your issue, was it like that from the start, is your drawer empty, screenshots, etc... You tell us you can't access the app, but you never tell what you tried. We are not supposed to force you to explain.

It only happened lately. I don't know how to explain it but my other apps are not showing in my drawer but it is visible in the app settings and play store. I have tried to reset and do clear cache even then play store, I've tried to clear data but still nothing happened.
