Downgrade To Stable, Xiaomi Mi5x

Hey guys, i would like to downgrade my phone from the weekly roms to stable 'cause lately the weekly rom have been really unstable, so, i've been reading and in some post they say that the best way is from TWRP, but other ones say that from Miflash, witch one is the better way?, and the safest, i don`t wanna brick my phone jeje

The safest thing is to do it for TWRP, making a complete wipe first.
