Doubts For Miui And Android Version

Hi all,
I'm not very expert unfurtunelly but yesterday i have updated the miui on my MI4.
Now the situation is this:

- System 1: MIUI GLOBAL 7.1 Stable 7.1.1.0 (KXDMICK)
- System 2: Fast loader.

The version of Android is 4.4.4 KTU84P.

My doubs are:

1) The Miui 7.1 is not multilanguage (I need the italian lang) How I can get the eu version?

2) Can I update the version of Android with my actual Miui version?

3) It is correct that the system 2 presents fast loader?, Can I install another version of miui on that partition? and how?
