"Don't cover the earphone area" message persistent even though pocket mode is deactivated

Hi, I've noticed for a while that this message persistently appears on my lock screen even though the pocked mode is deactivated and I've tried everything. There is nothing there and the message won't go away which is quite annoying, any ideas of what to do?? Very much appreciated.
