Does 4G+ works with xiaomi.eu MIUI 10 rom?

Hello everybody.

Im a owner of a Xiaomi Mi 8 currently running MIUI 10 Global Stable ROM.

I'm having problems with 4G+ connection, it does not work. I've contacted the Xiaomi support and they said to me that actually they are not planning to bring 4G+ to other regions except HK, China, etc.

This is why I am here. I am an old Xiaomi.eu user (I had it on my Mi3 and Mi5 years ago) and I wanted to ask you if it supports 4G+ without any problem.

I live in Italy and my operator is Iliad.

Also, what are the differences between the official MIUI and the one made by Xiaomi.eu?

I live in Greece and I do not get 4g+ with my carrier .

Apparently the problem persist only on Mi8 and some other devices.

I have a Mi 8, I live in Italy and I have Iliad too as operator. Sadly I'm having the exact same problems with 4G+ with Xiaomi official MIUI 10 stable, I'd also like to know if something changes with Xiaomi.eu ROM...

In your country band 1 and band 3 are used for 4G. Xiaomi phones support carrier aggregation on those bands. The problem is that in Italy we use bands 1, 3, 7, and 20. Carrier aggregation between bands 3, 7 and 20 is not supported (at least on Xiaomi stock firmware), that's why we have a very bad 4G+ coverage with Xiaomi phones
