DJI FLY APP no conect usb to 11T

Good evening!

I just bought the dji mini 2 drone and I can't get the control to recognize my mobile's usb, it only comes out as if it were going to charge the battery. I was looking at other places and this error has been reported for a long time. Is there any way to fix it? It is incredible that in other devices of lower ranges of the brand they work and in this one they do not.

When the that menu pops up (charging /data transfer etc) I just click Cancel and open the dji app and the drone is detected

There is no option to choose. it loads directly. Does anyone know if you can enter from the mobile to choose this option?
