Dirty flash done!
I cleared the caches by TWRP and rebooted.
It's a beauty (but I'm still testing!). ;)

To install *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* I had to redo the procedure:
Install Magisk 17.1 stable (through TWRP);
Install the build.prop app and activate (api2) by adding the line "persist.camera.HAL3.enabled=1" (without quotes), do not forget to save and restart the device;
Install *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* (I installed this: https://www.celsoazevedo.com/.../google.../f/MGC_5.2.022_1.0.apk).
Edit: Using this version: MGC_5.2.022_FINAL_1.0.apk
Edit 2: using this version: GoogleCamera-Pixel2Mod-Arnova8G2-V8.apk (link)
Wondering if api2 is enabled? Install the Manual Camera Compatibility app.

If *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* does not work, end the app and reopen, change between video and photo, close and reopen.

Would someone tell me pros and cons between Dev 8.8.30 & Stable 10.0.1? I'm on latest dev but that stable release is really tempting.
Cheers.

Stable: less bugs.
Dev: improvements come first, but there may be bugs.

Yep thanks mate, i meant how about some major highlights, let say the battery life. Have you tried both?

Last miui 9 Dev, as for me, feels better in battery life than any miui 10 Dev, and i've been expecting the v10 stable as the first miui 10 that has good battery life for mi6.

What do you think?

For me, the battery had a good improvement.
See pics.

It's not working yet.
:-(
Im afraid that from the Google Store also it doesn't work (e.g. BuzzFeed is possible to click Try now to open instant app. On global it opens instant app but on china 8.8.23 it opens web page).

Updating TWRP:
Most devices can be updated quickly and easily within TWRP if you already have version 2.8.4.0 or higher installed
1) Download the latest version from our website on your device
2) Reboot to TWRP
3) Hit Install and tap the "Images..." button in the lower right
4) Browse to the location of the TWRP image on your device and select it
5) Select recovery from the partition list and swipe to flash

U can download TWRP from XDA forums, Mi 6 Section.
Or here: https://dl.twrp.me/sagit/
"You need at least 3.2.1-1 for oreo, otherwise you won't be able to decrypt your files in TWRP" (took it from XDA forums).

Do I have to delete the data? How?

U can backup everything using TWRP. ;) Dont forget to save ur backup to PC. After that, u can try a dirty flash.

But I think it's better to do a clean install. :)

I try several times but i'm unable to update from 9.5 to 10, I make Wipe Cache & Dalvik but always reboot to TWRP. I don't know what to do... Any idea?

Did u make backup by TWRP? If yes, u can restore to 9.5.

BTW, u can try a clean flash. Is this an option for u?

Hi! Yes I make backup and restore to 9.5. If is possible I prefer to not delete /data partition... Maybe the problem is Magisk? I uninstall it and restore Boot partition, but still the same. :-(

Well...
When I can not do a dirty installation, I'd rather make a backup and do a clean install.
Then I restore my Mi account data. :)

I also was unsuccessful to flash "dirty" from 9.5.8 stable to 10.0.1 stable.
Phone just reboots in TWRP. Did make a backup before that ufcourse. TWRP 3.2.3
I do not want to wipe data partition for now for clean install...
Too many settings and options to setup currently.

Me too, I have a lot of settings, icons, and changes for delete data partition every time I want to update ROM, is a lot of work… Do you have Magisk installed?

No, but I just remembered, that I did modify some files to enable file encryption.
