Deleted all ROMS on Phone during weekly update

Der all,

I am unfortunately a noob regarding Xiaomi eu ROMS and flashing.

Just managed to delete all ROMS on my mi 11 ultra while doing the weekly update.

Phone still starts, but no apps are running. Message ist shown "Wait until system update is completed".

If I go in to trwp and want to pick a ROM I cant find any. Whats the easiest way to repair this without losing all my data on the phone?

What android version did you have and what version of twrp are you on?
