I've noticed that built in SMS app is not sending SMS messges on scheduled time. SMS are sent only when you open SMS application. Which may occour very very late.
I'm on MI9 and lastest build 9.11.21 - but it was the same on previous builds.
To workaround i've installed Textra and it sends messages on time.
Please fix that.
