Create Own Custom Rom Backup?

Hi, I have 2 "RedMi Note 2", but I cannot install twrp on the second one (fastboot).

My idea is, to clone the first one (which contains twrp and root) to my second redmi note 2.

How can I create own Custom Rom backup, which I can update the ROM with Xiaomi Updater.


Can anyone help me?

You can't clone a phone and install it via updater. With TWRP you can do a full backup that include system boot recovery data cache and EFS, but it isn't restorable with updater.

What is the problem with installation of TWRP?

I tried with:
twrp-2.8.6.0-d802.zip as update.zip with the updater
SP_Flash_Tool
and manual with the command "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"


But SP_Flash Tool doesn´t end after 5 minutes.
Fastboot "worked" but, recovery_mode wasn´t replace.

D802 sounds like LG G2, why do you try that?
