Copy style of notifications and icons from redmi note 8 pro?

I just updated to a Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G from a Redmi Note 8 Pro. I'm trying to make It look like my old phone but there are some things that I don't know if I can change. Mainly, the style of the notifications in the task screen and the icons in the settings menu. Is there a way to change my Redmi Note 12 to look like the Redmi Note 8?

This is the difference between MIUI 14 and MIUI 12.
The only way to achieve the MIUI 12 look is to use "Theme" if there is one.
