Clean Install

Hi!

I would like to do a clean install, that is wiping internal storage, data, everything! then install xiaomi.eu latest ROM. how do i go about it?

should i just do a complete wipe through TWRP, then use an USG-OTG with the ROM installation zip and run it through TWRP? will that work?

thanks for your answer.. as for the moment i am using 6.6.30 on my mi4c. i installed TWRP 3.0.2-0 as the last TWRP had the touchscreen going nuts.

as for your answer, i wanted to know, if i do a complete wipe so: WIPE>ADVANCED WIPE> then check DALVIK, CACHE, SYSTEM,DATA,and INTERNAL STORAGE, will I be able to install the ROM with TWRP via USB-OTG? or through enabling MTP and copying the ROM installation to the device?

You can use TWRP ADB Sideload mode and "adb sideload" command...

so before ii got your answers, i found in my TWRP version there is a MTP mode, and it was working alright.

so i did the said wipes, including internal storage, then activated the MTP mode, copied the installation zip to the phone, then installed normally through TWRP. everything is working well!
