China ROM to EU

Hi. I'm currently in china rom and wanted to switch to EU. May I ask what are the steps please. Do I have to flash global first then EU? Or can I directly flash EU from china? Steps please cause I don't know any of these

unlock bootloader, flash TWRP.

Unlock bootloader, flash TWRP, put the Xiaomi.eu rom on your device and install it from TWRP.

as already mentioned by other users, unlock bootloader, twrp atc.etc.
Just take a note, that voice match (Ok google) doesn't work, because this feature it is not implemented yet on chinese rom, and so, it is not even available on xiaomi.eu roms.

Solution is install after each one apps of Google and its solved.

Unfortunatelly not. I installed google assistant, from play store, after flashed xiaomi.eu rom, but Voice Match (aka ok google) doesn't work.
Pearhaps this feature requires something deeper.
