Change Goblal to EU ROM - Mi Mix 3

Hello everyone,
I bought a Mi Mix 3 with the global version in March, the phone was nice, but battery life is a problem.
So I decided to change the rom and start using rom I, however, I still can't find a tutorial for this xiaomi model.
I tried with others and when I use Twrp_perseus, which is suitable for this model, I get stuck at the beginning of the process because it asks for a password. If I go without the password I can't find the rom in the phone storage.
Can any One can help me?
I would like to make sure that the EU ROM will help me with battery management.
