Can't hear or heard the other while making call from samsung galaxy 6 watch connected to redmi note 10 pro

Yesterday i bought the samsung galaxy watch 6 fro my son's redmi note 10 pro. I have a strange problem. Even though the watch makes and receives calls no voice is heard on the watch from each side. I have returned the phone to factory settings, disabling google account and internet connection but hopeless. The watch works smoothly with two xiaomi redmi note 9 (pro and s series) phones. I have done anyrhing. The only think i've noticed is that redmi note 10 has MIUI 14.0.9 and android 13 whereas ours have MIUI 14.0.3 and android 12.
