Can't Enter Into Android System

Hi all, i got problem with my mi note pro, after wipe all data, i can't enter into android system. Please help...

When you did wipe all data in custom recovery, it is normal. You may not wipe system partition! Flash the rom again, then wipe everything except system partition.

Thanks for the advice, i have flash the rom but still cant fix it, now the HH hang up and blank...
