Can I remove SIM from Redmi Note 11 NFC (spesn) during the 168-hour wait period for unlocking the bootloader?

Hello, I tried to unlock the bootloader of my Redmi Note 11 NFC (spesn) and I being told to wait 168 hours, I am ready to wait. However I have a question about this.
Can I remove SIM during the 168-hour wait period for unlocking the bootloader? I want to use the number in another phone of mine

Yes you can. You will no longer need it to unlock.
What you must not do is:
- You may not log out of the Mi account from your phone
- You may not re-login to the Mi account on your phone

- After 168 hours, just switch the device to fastboot mode and connect it to the PC.
- Unlock the device in MiUlock
- Done

Another Question , I have another sim , can I insert it to the phone , it will not effect the process ?
