Bypass unlock screen/ test mode

Hello, I got a Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro for repair, unfortunately the customer did not inform about the PIN lock and did not provide it, and I can't contact him. Is there any way to bypass the unlock screen without wiping all data? Or maybe some test mode? I just need to test the speakers, cameras and screen.

Redmi Note 6 Pro "safe mode" ?

In recovery there is an option to start in "safe mode". I don't know if this old device also has this option.
