Invalid Bug about updating system apps

The developers say we should not update system applications. Fine. But Google offers us updates for them in the Play Store.
I am attaching a screenshot from today where it offers me an update for Weather, which was already updated to me yesterday, but I deleted the update due to errors, and it is offering it to me again today. Yesterday, the Music was also updated - I didn't check what could be wrong...
So what should users do?
Deleting updates from us is probably not the right way?

Yes, uninstalling the updates is the only way we know. We don't have any control over Google's apps, only Google has.
